A family project, honoured on Europe’s biggest stage
This is the story of how Lantestina’s award-winning natural skincare, made with medicinal herbs from a protected Croatian meadow, was named the best new natural beauty brand in Europe.
At the final gala of the European Natural Beauty Festival in the Théâtre Marigny, in front of around 500 industry guests, Lantestina was named New Brand of the Year 2026. The expert jury chose it from three international finalists: HELENA The Spirit of Beauty (Argentina & Uruguay), sauna/ing (Finland) and Lantestina (Croatia).
Three Lantestina products also earned the ENBA European Natural Excellence label. Of 1,250 products entered, only 124 (just 9.9%) received this mark.

Lantestina was also one of three finalists for Packaging Innovation of the Year, for its glue-free cardboard packaging.

How It’s Judged
Europe’s Most Demanding Natural Beauty Review
The European Natural Beauty Awards is the most rigorous European assessment of natural cosmetics. Only products with at least 99% ingredients of natural origin may enter.
Natural Origin
Only products containing at least 99% ingredients of natural origin are eligible.
Days of Testing
Every shortlisted product undergoes 90 days of real-world testing.
Independent Jurors
Each product is assessed by at least 24 independent jurors from different European countries.
Minimum Score
Only products averaging at least four out of five receive the label of excellence.
The full jury comprises 100 independent members from 35 countries, divided into an expert jury, a media jury and a public-figures jury.

Rooted in Nature
Born of a protected meadow
Lantestina is inspired by the protected meadow of Bedekovićeve grabe in Međimurje, home of the endangered Livadni plavci butterflies. Their survival depends on a delicate bond between the medicinal Great Burnet, ants and the people who care for the meadow.
Great Burnet is a key ingredient in Lantestina’s award-winning natural skincare, in the Floral Renewal Essence and the Complexion Bliss Cream. A share of every product sold goes to Međimurska priroda to protect the meadow.
